The salary negotiations conducted this year by the Post Office, PostFinance, transfair and syndicom were successful. The social partners agree on wage measures of 0.8%, from April 2020. At PostBus too, employees will see their wages increase by 0.6%.

La Poste and PostFinance staff members subject to the collective labor agreement (CCT) benefit from individual and lasting salary measures corresponding to an increase of 0.8% in the payroll of beneficiaries, said transfair in a press release Wednesday. A salary increase depends in principle on the level of wages in each function.

La Poste raises the minimum wage by 200 francs, for an annual amount of 50,200 francs. The 2020 salary measures concern around 26,000 employees subject to the La Poste collective labor agreement as well as some 2,600 employees subject to the PostFinance collective labor agreement.

PostBus also agreed with its social partners, the syndicom and transfair unions, on the 2020 salary measures, which will take effect with the April salary. PostBus applies a model similar to that of La Poste.

The agreed salary measures concern the approximately 2,200 PostBus employees subject to the collective labor agreement (CCT) as well as the 1,700 employees of PostBus companies with staff regulations (ECP P).

The decision-making bodies have yet to approve the outcome of the negotiations. (Ps)
