This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Leonid Zayats after the presidential meeting in Grodno on the development of the region, writes BELTA.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, in 2022, salaries in the agro-industrial complex were increased by 23% on average.
“In January-February of this year, we increased it by 25.6%. 26% – an indicator of revenue growth in the agro-industrial complex. And if productivity rises, then the wage fund also grows,” the official noted.
Hare clarified that the revenue is currently higher than the wage fund.
“That is, we do not eat, we earn. From what we earn, we pay wages to employees, ”the official said.
At the same time, Leonid Zayats noted that wages in agriculture lag behind the national average. So, he emphasized, it is necessary to achieve better results by producing more products and getting more from the introduced technologies.
According to the official, there are quite a few reserves in the agro-industrial complex where 5-6% can be added.
“We need to work. Each industry, especially the one where money is invested, must bring new money. We must not work in vain in order to “get rich”, but work in order to earn. So that there is a result, so that people feel it, so that the enterprise feels the result of its work,” the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
