Liverpool’s Egyptian Mohamed Salah will be back this Saturday to face Brentford, after a month and a half out due to a muscle injury.
The striker injured his hamstring during the African Cup match with Egypt and has missed Liverpool’s last eight games; four from the Premier League, two from the English Cup and two from the League Cup.
“Mo is training normally, so he is automatically back in the squad,” said Jürgen Klopp this Friday.
Liverpool will face Brentford this Saturday (12:30 England time) in what will be their last match before, next Sunday, February 25, they play against Chelsea in the League Cup final.
The ‘Reds’ will recover Alisson Becker, now ready after the flu that made him miss the last game, Ibrahima Konaté, after suspension, Joe Gomez, also ill, and Conor Bradley, who recently lost his father.
Klopp will be without Trent Alexander-Arnold, with a knee injury, and Dominik Szoboszlai, with a hamstring problem.
