In a very important match in the race for Europe, Olympique de Marseille will have to deal with many absentees against Montpellier. The Olympian club has just communicated its small group which will travel to Hérault this Saturday on behalf of the 32nd day of Ligue 1.
Jorge Sampaoli has called a total of 22 players for the meeting. The Argentine coach will have to concoct his composition without Valentin Rongier, Hiroki Sakai or Yuto Nagatomo. Jordan Amavi is still out too, while Duje Ćaleta-Car is back after his suspension after missing the game against Dijon. Sakai, who is added to the list of absentees, suffers from sciatica.
Sampaoli summons young people
With these many absences, Jorge Sampaoli decided to bring up some young people in the professional group. We find 19-year-old central defender Aaron Kamardin but also promising 17-year-old midfielder Ugo Bertelli.
