Est Métropole Habitat has therefore imagined, in co-design with the future inhabitants already known, the outlines of this new participatory habitat. The Oasis association was thus involved in all phases of the project, whether it be the architectural choices, the services or the management of this residence.

In addition to housing adapted to aging, a common room of 130 m² allows tenants to share activities and moments of conviviality on the ground floor.
