For the first time, during the National Day, the Saint-Paulais d’or prize was awarded. The first assistant, Audrey Giraud, wished to reward “those who by their actions have made Saint-Paul shine”.
Noah Courtay, Galdric Fité, the Jimenez and Dumond families, Olivier Gelly, the tennis club, and the Pélissier family were chosen.
Mr. Gelly testified: “I’m so happy, and frankly, it’s the best reward I’ve had so far, it’s a source of pride. I feel supported by the village where I was born”.
The elected officials had also chosen to give a boost by rewarding CM2 students, offering everyone a calculator for their passage to 6th grade.
