The city: “a constructive exchange”
Following the strike movement of the CGT Territorial union, Christiane Jodar, deputy mayor in charge of human resources, received a delegation from the CGT union.
At the end of a constructive exchange and a dialogue respectful of each of the participants, the elected representative indicated to the representatives “that the envelope dedicated to the Indemnity for functions, constraints and expertise will be revalued in relation to to the amount currently allocated to the compensation scheme”. Christiane Jodar also indicated that “the new compensation scheme will respect a logic of equity between professions and sectors, reflecting a desire to rebalance current provisions”. Finally, she specified that “the request for individualization of the annual IFSE has been taken into account”.
Still within the framework of the social dialogue, the city will meet again, before the summer, the trade unions in order to make a general progress report on the files related to human resources. “It has already been recorded that the files of the compensation scheme for civil servants of the State would be addressed, with in particular the impact of absenteeism on remuneration, the plan for the deprecarization of fixed-term contracts, the methods of application of weekly overtime and measures to increase purchasing power”.
