Every two years, the City of Saint-Étienne organizes a competition to promote the contribution of design to shops. The 2022 winners were announced this Friday, May 6.
CommerceDesign Saint-Étienne is a competition intended to reward shopkeepers and craftsmen from Saint-Etienne for the quality of the interior and exterior design of their establishment. It also aims to showcase the talent of professionals in the design and layout of sales outlets. This year, 50 Saint-Etienne businesses applied. Among them, 10 were chosen as winners by a jury of professionals*.
The 3 grand prizes of the jury and the favorite of the public :
– 1st Grand Prize of the jury is the Atelier Cail d’Etienne with the support of Maxime Clémenson and Juliette Aulagnon
– 2nd Grand Prix du Jury is the Bistrot du Grand Hôtel by Michel Thévenin accompanied in his project by Clémence Boyer and Philippine Lemaire
– 3rd Grand Prize of the jury is the Vinifacture d’Alexis Robin, Piermic Fathet et Franck Delbreil
People’s favorite with some 4,000 people taking part in the vote between April 13 and May 4 was awarded to Vinifacture.
