Roberto Diana is very proud to show us around the owner, in the company of his brother, Maurizio, and his son, Giuseppe, of the ice cream parlor which they will open by the end of March or the beginning of April, in the heart of the Poppies area, in Andrézieux-Bouthéon.
The three men are true figures of the Saint-Etienne catering industry. After holding La Botticella and San Remo 1 and 2, Roberto Diana, 57, opened the La Scala pizzeria in 2013, on Place Jean-Jaurès. A restaurant he now manages with his son, Giuseppe, 27.
