Saint-Denis: firm prison required after the violence on the sidelines of the funeral vigil for Yanis

Present on the bench of the defendants this Friday, Cheick T., 18, and Nassim S., 23, are being prosecuted for calling for rebellion, contempt and violence against two police officers from Plaine-Saint-Denis. The two young men were tried in the Bobigny court because of their alleged participation in the riots that occurred on June 4 in Saint-Denis, on the sidelines of a funeral wake. Two police officers were injured. Eight days of total temporary incapacity (ITT) had been prescribed for them.
