KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The Ministry of Finance announced the ST007 series Savings Sukuk (ST) coupon of 5.50% per annum on Monday (2/11). The amount of the coupon is floating or floating with floor with a BI 7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rate reference rate of 4% at the time of stipulation.
ST007 has spread 150 bps which is fixed until maturity. Meanwhile, the investment product that focuses on the environment will mature or known as Retail Green Sukuk on November 10, 2022.
ST007 will be offered starting from November 4 to November 25. Meanwhile, the determination of the proceeds from the sale of the instrument will take place on November 30, 2020, with the settlement being carried out on December 2, 2020.
Investors can order ST007 with a minimum investment of IDR 1 million and a maximum of IDR 3 billion. Orders can be made through 31 online distribution partners consisting of banks, securities companies, mutual fund special securities companies, to technology financial companies.

Unlike the previous retail Government Securities (SBN), ST007 cannot be traded on the secondary market. However, investors can do early redemption when ST007 has been in hand for a year.
As for the opening date early redemption will start on October 26, 2021 and close on November 4, 2021. Temporary dates early redemption conducted on November 10, 2021. It’s just that, early redemption has a maximum value of 50% of each purchase transaction of ST007.
For additional information, investors who later buy ST007 will get coupon payments every 10th of the year. Initial coupons will be paid on January 10, 2021.
