BEK Singapore, Safuwan Baharudin, received a red card after elbowing the Indonesian national team defender, Rizky Ridho. Previously, the defender with number 21 also received a yellow card first for violating Witan Sulaeman.
Unfortunately, despite playing 10 people, Singapore actually scored a goal. Taking advantage of the chaos in front of goal, Singapore midfielder Song Ui-yung scored a goal and made the score 1-1.
Previously, the Indonesian national team took a 1-0 lead via Ezra Walian’s action at minute 12. To qualify for the 2020 AFF Cup final, the Indonesian national team must win. Because, there is no rule on away goals plus the match is 1-1 at the first meeting.
