* Check that all external lights of the vehicle turn on, are clean and work perfectly. When it rains it is important to be visible to other drivers.
* Double the distance with other vehicles, so you can react in time if the other driver makes an unexpected maneuver on the road.
* Use the right lights, avoid using high beams as it can cause the oncoming driver to lose visibility.
* Proper windshield wiper speed and available HVAC systems for good visibility.
* In the event that the vehicle slides, gradually slow down until you feel the vehicle stop.
