Miguel James allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl and twice sexually assaulted and robbed a lady in three separate incidents in Brooklyn, authorities reported.
Police arrested James, 42, on Monday, just days after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman, left, then returned and attacked her again. He also took her cell phone when he came back. The 52-year-old victim She was on her way home when she was attacked and suffered a broken wrist during the assault.
James also allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl in an apartment on Sept. 8, 2021. He knew one of the teen’s friends, but not his victim, according to Pix11.
James was indicted on criminal sexual acts, assault, sexual abuse, forcible contact, rape, endangering the welfare of a minor, and related charges. He was ordered held without bail.
