The reason is, not long ago the police again dismantled the graves of the two to re-do autopsies on the two bodies. The results of the re-autopsy proved that there was a difference in the investigation regarding bodily injuries, especially the original cause of death.

An autopsy has been carried out at the Istuning TPU, Jalancagak Village, Jalancagak District, Subang Regency, Saturday (2/10/21) afternoon. Until now, the police have not been able to find the perpetrators of the deaths of Tuti and Amalia.

In investigating this case, the Subang Police received assistance from the West Java Regional Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters. A joint team from the National Police Headquarters, the West Java Regional Police, and the Subang Police Station also autopsied the bodies of Tuti and Amalia.

The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Erdi A Chaniago, explained that the results of the re-autopsy will later be used as clues to uncover the perpetrators.

“We are doing an autopsy again, because we are looking for a match between the evidence and clues that we have found that are new and the cause of death,” said Kombes Pol Erdi A Chaniago.

However, Erdi could not explain the results of the autopsy to the media crew. “No, it can’t be (published), only for the benefit of investigators,” he said.

Erdi continued, his team hoped that the autopsy could provide new clues regarding the cause of the injuries on the victim’s body before he died. During the autopsy, the forensic team investigated and confirmed the injuries and causes of death of the two victims.

From the autopsy results, Erdi said, the police can determine whether there was resistance or not, as well as the time of death of the victim. Not only that, the results of the forensics show that the evidence is the objects or tools used by the perpetrator when executing the victim.

The forensic team is also investigating whether the tool came from a blunt object or a sharp object. The police themselves suspect the tools used by the perpetrators to kill Tuti and Amalia thought to have come from a blunt object, to be exact, a rolling board for washing clothes.

Subang Police Chief AKBP Sumarni explained, the perpetrator beat the victim to death using a rolling board to wash clothes. The board that was suspected of executing the victim was made of wood.

Furthermore, the allegation was found from the crime scene, where officers found a grinding board covered in blood. Sumarni also hypothesized that Tuti’s victim was beaten while sleeping.

This is because there are no signs of resistance or signs of violence on the victim’s body. However, it was different with Amalia, who allegedly gave resistance.
