Sadio Mane perform umrah shortly after playing defend Al Nasser in the Arab Champions League, Thursday (3/8) local time.
Mane, who wore number 10 at Al Nassr, got the chance to debut when the Al Aalami squad drew with Zamalek in the group stage of the Arab Champions League.
The former Liverpool player had the opportunity to play in the second half to replace Abdulaziz Al Elewai. Together with Cristiano Ronaldo, Mane took Al Nassr to the knockout stage after drawing with Zamalek.
After the match, Mane chose to perform Umrah with several other Al Nassr players such as Waleed Abdullah, Seko Fofana, Abdullah Madu and Sultan Al-Ghannam.
In the Instastory on his social media account, Mane shows a short video of the atmosphere near the Kaaba. Mane added the two hearts and two joined hands emoji.
Meanwhile, in Abdullah’s Instastory, Mane can be seen walking with his new colleagues at Al Nassr in ihram.
The 2023 Arab Champions League will take place in three cities in Saudi Arabia, namely Taif, Al Bahah and Abha. Al Nassr vs Zamalek match took place at King Fahd Stadium in Taif. The distance from Taif to Mecca is about 86 kilometers.
After bringing Al Nassr to the knockout phase, Mane will next face Raja Cassablanca in the quarter-finals which will take place on Sunday (6/8).
