Senegal national team striker Sadio Mane spilling out his heart regarding the tension at Bayern Munich by feeling badly treated by people German.
Sadio Mane is still shrouded in problems at his club, Bayern Munich. Previously, the former Liverpool player was noisy with his team-mate, Leroy Sane.
The commotion occurred after Bayern lost 0-3 to Manchester City in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals at the Etihad.
Mane beat Sane because he felt racially ridiculed. As a result of the commotion, Mane was punished by Bayern. However, these internal problems seemed to subside after Thomas Tuchel played Mane as a substitute in the second leg.
However, recently Sadio Mane made a surprising statement after as a Muslim he felt badly treated in Germany.
“The German people treated me badly because I am Muslim,” Mane told Le Monde Afrique as quoted from All news.
“Is this what they call civilization? I hope to play in a Muslim country, I miss celebrating Eid with the team,” Mane added.
The tussle with Leroy Sane is not Mane’s first in Germany. The 31-year-old player was also reported to have had an argument with coach Julian Nagelsmann because he was not satisfied with the minutes he played against Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16 of the Champions League.
