MEXICO CITY, June 6 (EL UNIVERSAL).- The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader) will disburse more than 4 million pesos in a gardening service for its facilities.
In the call number IA-008000999-E59-2022 entitled Comprehensive Gardening Service for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Participating Organizations, it is indicated that at least three companies were invited, of which only two participated. The contract was awarded to the company Jardinería 2000, SA
The invitation indicates that the service will be for four agencies including the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader), the Agrifood and Fisheries Information Service (SIAP), the National Seed Inspection and Certification Service (SNICS), and the National Producer of Veterinary Biologicals (Pronabive).
For Sader, the minimum amount with VAT is one million 600 thousand pesos, the maximum with VAT is 4 million pesos; for the SIAP the minimum with VAT will be 32 thousand and the maximum with VAT 80 thousand; for the SNICS, the minimum will be 3,336 pesos and the maximum with VAT will be 108,341 pesos, and for Pronabive the minimum with VAT will be 99,760 pesos and the maximum amount with VAT will be 249,400 pesos.
The sum of the total minimums is one million 775 thousand 96 pesos; the total of the maximum will be 4 million 437 thousand 741 pesos.
The invitation details that the validity of the contract will be from the issuance of the ruling on May 23, 2022 until December 31, 2022, beginning the service after the decision.
The services they request will be lawn trimming, hedge trimming, bushes, flower beds, trees and others; cleaning pruning, irrigation of green areas, weed control, maintenance of hedges, maintenance of flower beds, medium and small trees, flowering plants and others; edge profiling, aeration in lawns and green areas; sweeping of areas, fertilization and fumigation of landscaped areas.
The workers will carry out reforestation, anchoring, plant transplantation, maintenance, fertilization, fumigation, painting, dressing, replacement of pots, pots and clay and plastic plates in poor condition; movement of pots and planters, and relocation of plants.
In the invitation they detail that the provider must have financial, human and material resources to fulfill the contract with the agency.
It specifies that the service will be carried out by Sader, SIAP, SNICS and Pronavibe; however, they mention that the number of properties indicated is only “illustrative” but not “limiting” and may be modified by any of the dependencies, prior quotation and without exceeding the maximum amount.
It is reported that the provider is required to register and pay fees to the IMSS for the staff that provides the service.
In the Social Conditions section of the comprehensive gardening service, they state that the supplier must treat its staff with respect and dignity, and incorporate measures to prevent any type of violence, harassment or sexual harassment.
