The Civil Guard of A Coruña has intercepted for the second day in a row a driver neighboring Sada giving positive for breathalyzer and no driving license. This time it showed a blood alcohol level of 0.96 mg / l. He lacked mandatory insurance and had expired ITV.
The events occurred when the person under investigation was returning from a speedy trial session for the same reasons. The Civil Guard adopted a special surveillance measure as he was a repeat offender, because there was the possibility that he would attend the session driving another vehicle. He was detected while driving a van, again without ITV or insurance.
