Sad News for Huawei Mate 50 Waiting!

Huawei’s supply chain sources say that the Huawei Mate 50 series smartphones will hit the market next year, but not until the end of the second quarter of 2022. This means that at least another 9 months may pass before the new flagships are released. It seems that the chip crisis will also negatively affect Huawei.

Huawei Mate 50 may not have 5G support

The report also states that Huawei plans to launch 5G-enabled Huawei Mate 50 phones, while versions that support fourth-generation networks will also be on the market. The new smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon and Kirin chipsets. In the first case, it is expected to use the 4G version of the yet unannounced single-chip system Snapdragon 898.

As you know, this year Huawei could not include 5G support in its flagships. Huawei, which has been hit hard by the embargoes, will probably not be able to include this technology in its new monster. Current US sanctions do not allow Huawei to use American technologies in its phones. That’s why 5G technology is not included in some Huawei devices.

Huawei, as you may recall, last month Huawei Introduced the P50 and P50 Pro. With Snapdragon 888 and Kirin 9000 options, these phones also have 4G technology. However, it is said that Huawei will introduce the 5G version of the P50 series at the end of the year. However, this 5G version may be exclusive to China. It is said that Huawei, which introduced two different flagships this year, the main and the pro model, will also introduce the Huawei P50 Pro Plus model towards the end of the year.
