At both of these world championships, Lacký worked as the number two behind Vladimír Dzurilla, but he always got into the action, so the bronzes also bear his signature. In 1968, he was also nominated for the Olympic Games, but a broken finger ultimately deprived him of the tournament in Grenoble.
A native of Ostrava, Lacký played football in his childhood, he first got into hockey at the age of sixteen in Vítkovice. In 1963, the goalkeeper nicknamed Prcek went to Litoměřice for the war at the age of 20, where he played in the first league for the first time.

Subsequently, he went to Pardubice, where he made a great career in eight years and got into the national team, for which he caught a total of 14 matches. He finished active hockey in Karviná.
