Tulungagung Police Traffic Head AKP Mohammad Bayu Agustyan said the bus driver Septianto Dhany Istyawan (34), a resident of Mulyosari Village, Pagerwojo, Tulungagung, said that at that time he was more focused on placing the bus in a narrow crossing lane.
“Because there is already a cross (signs), so the position is driverhe is more focused on positioning the vehicle so that it can go through that route,” said AKP M Bayu Agustyan as quoted from detikJatimTuesday (1/3/2022).
In addition, at the same time, the atmosphere of the passengers on the bus was still very noisy because they had just boarded the pick-up point. This condition resulted in the driver not noticing the sound of the Dhoho train coming from the south.
