A collective of 12 restaurateurs from the Sacramento, California area created an initiative called #UnidosPorLaKocina for launch a message of “encouragement, persistence and resistance” to the public in the face of the covid-19 pandemic and inviting people to support small businesses in the hospitality industry that have been affected by the coronavirus.
