The words of the former Nerazzurri manager about what happened to Inzaghi’s team during the season
Walter Sabatini, in connection with Sky Sport, spoke about what happened to Inter in the season up to now. Here are his thoughts: “What happened? A disconnection of the individual and departmental team. The team didn’t think anymore, then they went back to it. The impression is that they were totally disconnected as a team, which is the first step towards the abyss. When you don’t think in the same direction, you have no chance of sticking your head out. Some players who think Inter have it, for example Dzeko who is a locker room man. Or Barella, who seems predisposed to take charge. The more mature ones will have teamed up to try to get certain messages across, they looked for a solution and evidently they found it. It has to be definitive because Inter have already lost the points they had to lose.”
