Sabadell lowers the outputs proposed in the ERE to 1,605; CCOO asks that they stay at 1,300

ALICANTE (EP/AP). >Banco Sabadell has proposed a new discount on proposed departures in the Employment Regulation File (ERE) until 1.605while CCOO has requested that the figure be reduced to 1,300 employeesas union sources have informed Europa Press.

The entity’s proposal would go through lowering the affiliations of those over 63 years of age who agreed to leave voluntarily and a quota of 25 paid voluntary leave would be included. In addition, it improves the economic exit conditions of the different groups, including those over 63 years of age.

Initially the ERE contemplated 1,936 departures, which after the first meetings were reduced to 1,730 dismissals and the closure of 500 offices throughout the country. In the Valencian Community it would mean the departure of 395 people and the closure of 80 offices, as this newspaper has reported. At this Thursday’s meeting, a new discount was offered to the aforementioned 1,605 people.

For this Friday, October 8, the unions have called another strike day in Alicante, Almería, Barcelona, ​​Bilbao, Castellón, Gijón, Ibiza, León, Madrid, Murcia, Pamplona, ​​Sabadell, San Sebastián, Santiago de Compostela, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Valencia, if an agreement is not reached before this Thursday’s meeting.
