It was decided to check Saakashvili’s condition after the words of the head of the Empathy rehabilitation center, Mariam Jishkariani, that large doses of psychotropic drugs were administered to the policy in the prison hospital.
Saakashvili’s attending physician Nino Gogorishvili confirmed that the politician is taking psychotropic drugs. The drugs were prescribed because of sleep problems, she said.
“Information has spread that Saakashvili is weak, it is difficult for him to stand and speak. We also have information that he receives large doses of psychotropic substances, so it is necessary that the council visit the ex-president in the hospital and find out what kind of medication he is receiving,” said Grigolia.
