The product sheet for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D has leaked from a site comparison. If many elements are already known, this leak allows us to have some confirmations but also 2-3 new interesting information. For the record, the 9800X3D will launch on November 7.
First info: the 9800X3D will be alone…for now.
Before even going into the technical details, the origin of the leak, a price comparator which “draws” its information from the databases of the main European distributors, confirms that a single X3D version will be launched on November 7… No precise information is confirmed at this time for the other references.
9800X3D Main Specifications
In the first row, we get confirmation on the operating frequencies of the next AMD CPU. The base speed would thus be set at 4.7Ghz with a boost to 5.2Ghz. Another confirmation, again if this leak is true, is overclocking support. You will notice the line “Free Multiplier: YES”.

The TDP of 120W is also confirmed by this sheet. It now remains to remove any doubts about the real overclocking capabilities of this processor. As we saw previously, the change in layout of the 3D V-cache would aim to better control heat dissipation and therefore allow frequencies to be increased.

Finally, also interesting information, the processor is announced to be compatible with all previous AM5 versions and chipsets. Thus the A620 could therefore receive 9000X3D without any real problem, a strong point and always a strong argument for AMD while many doubts persist about the sustainability of the Intel platform which has just been released.
