Vienna / Dublin – The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is suing the EU Court of Justice against state corona aid for airlines. This includes aid for Condor and Lufthansa, as well as a loan for the Lufthansa subsidiary Austrian Airlines. Ryanair confirmed this to “Wirtschaftswoche”. “We filed an appeal in November against the government-guaranteed loans for Condor,” explained Ryanair. “We are currently preparing proceedings against the aid for Lufthansa.”
