In this era of reboots, all is fair. After originally ending airing in 2006, the animated Biker Mice from Mars series is set to make a comeback in the future.
The line, which will launch 27 years after the original series, will be produced by the Nacelle Company, which acquired the rights to the brand earlier this year, with a new line of toys announced shortly after.
But Nacelle isn’t the only company involved with the project, as Ryan Reynolds’ production company, Maximum Effort, also joined the series, co-producing and explaining what brought it to life.
The series is said to be directed by Brian Volk-Weiss, who will serve as executive producer along with Nacelle’s Cisco Henson, Matt Kravitsky and Michael Goodman, and Maximum Effort’s George Dewey, Kevin Hill, Patrick Gooing and Reynolds himself.
There’s no word on when the series will debut, or likewise where you can watch its launch.
