The famous / infamous nursery rhyme Baby Shark is the most viewed video on YouTube with over 8.4 billion views. Ryan Reynolds’ 1-year-old daughter has also often seen the cheerfully annoying song about the little shark and his family. Too often it turns out, because father Ryan can no longer take it. However, the actor has found a cure.
“My 1-year-old daughter is obsessed with Baby Shark. All day long. Every day. There’s only one way to fix this,” the Deadpool actor jokes on Instagram. He shares photos from the 2016 horror film The Shallows in which his wife Blake Lively plays the lead role.
The Shallows is about a murderous shark who hunts swimmers off the coast of Mexico. Blake plays surfer Nancy Adams who is attacked by the shark and must survive a night on a rock while the shark in the water is still circling her.
Blake, in turn, then shares her husband’s message in her own Instagram Story, joking that the little one “at least has enough to tell the psychiatrist”.
