Jess Aldridge (24) was looking forward to becoming a mom. She and her boyfriend Ryan Shelton (29) lived together in a small apartment, but due to the pregnancy and corona closure, they eventually moved in with Jess’ mother Georgina (44) and stepfather Eric (56).

Jess had been with car salesman Ryan for three years, after they got to know each other online.
Eventually, the 24-year-old began to feel some discomfort. She suspected that Ryan was flirting with her mother, and thought it seemed as if her mother was flirting back.

– The corona crisis meant that we were almost trapped together for several months. It was difficult, especially because I was so uncomfortable with how Ryan and Mom behaved. They often sat in the kitchen and drank Bacardi and played, while me and Dad sat in the living room and watched TV, she says.

One night Jess saw something she should not see: Ryan touched his mother’s ass – but he dismissed it by saying that he had just tried to push her away.
Jess thought that maybe it was the pregnancy that made her hypersensitive, and that everything would be normal again when the baby was born.
Left wife and children after corona isolation
When little Reuben was born at the hospital in Gloucestershire in England, Georgina was with her daughter during the birth. Ryan, on the other hand, shone with his absence.
After the birth, he stopped by to greet his newborn son, but he was there for only five minutes.

That same evening, Jess received a text message from Ryan in which he broke up with her. He wrote that he was fed up with being accused of flirting with her mother.

The next day he came to the hospital again for ten minutes – then he had packed his things to move out.

In retrospect, she has found out that her mother and boyfriend had had a relationship with each other for half a year. The mother herself told this in a text message to her daughter.
– It is simply disgusting, says Jess.
Apart from her sister, with whom Georgina and Ryan live, her family has distanced themselves from her.
– It’s absolutely awful. We are all shocked, says a family member.

And alone in the house where the love affair arose, sits Georgina’s husband Eric.
He and Georgina had just renewed their marriage vows when she met her daughter’s boyfriend, and they had been married for 12 years. Eric is crushed.
