A new version of Oskar Deigel’s latest single “Teiksi reiz pankas” has been published, the creation of which involved two Normans – Pauniņš and Rutulis.
The author of the music of the song “Teiksi reiz pankas” is the soloist of the group “Otra Puse” Normunds Pauniņš, while the lyrics of the song were written by Oskars Deigelis himself. Well, the remix of the song, created by the intelligent dance music producer N’Works, known in pop music (and also in real life) by the name Normunds Rutulis, has also been released.
“When the original version of the song was finished, its music author Normunds Pauniņš encouraged me to approach N’Works, offering to create a remix. It has happened! The song has definitely acquired a different tone – the sound is sunny, carefree and completely pleasant,” thinks Oskars Deigelis.
“I have always liked the direction of Normund Pauniņš’s musical thinking, the melodiousness and poignancy of his melodies. He acted masterfully this time too, so I gladly accepted Oscar’s offer to create a remix for the new single. Although when producing my versions of already published melodies, I try not to listen to the original, so as not to form sticky associations with the original, but to allow the arrangement to develop in a direction that, according to my feelings at the time, suits the melody, this time I had already heard the original. But that didn’t derail me from creating a different version. Sticking to his favorite genre of “soulful house” and adding disco elements, another tasteful version of the song “Teiksi reiz pankas” has been created,” for the remix range N’Works.
