Rutte: ‘I did not break the law with deleted messages on my Nokia’ | Inland

Forced to switch to smartphone

The Hague – Prime Minister Rutte denies that he has broken the law by deleting text messages on his old Nokia phone. He states that he has shared important messages with officials, so that they are not lost. Yet he is now “forced to switch to a smartphone,” he said in a statement on Wednesday.
