In the fall of 2021, the director of photography Halyna Hutchins was shot dead, when shooting a scene from the film “Rust”. It was actor Alec Baldwin brandishing the gun he shot. This accessory should really be vacant loaded. But, for some not known explanation, there ended up true bullets.

In accordance to an FBI forensic report, noted by ABC Information, it was confirmed that Alec Baldwin he pulled the set off on the gun, through the disastrous shot. Which looks rational, given that she experienced to shoot in this scene. The challenge is that, almost certainly in the panic of the instant, the American actor had pretended not to have pulled the trigger. According to the report, none of the exams carried out were being able to detect a shot without the need of stress staying applied.

For the document, the gun would have been specified by the main gunsmith to Alec Baldwin, certifying that he was entirely charged. The actor then shot, alas, with self esteem.

They declare that “the examination (…) showed no convincing evidence that the weapon was deliberately loaded with reside bullets on established. On the basis of all the information available, the way of her demise is as an alternative categorised as an incident ”. Investigations keep on.
