More than half of the authorized capital of Kinelson Limited (50.89%) is owned by Vyacheslav Marchenko, the general director and owner of the Pioneer Estate Management Company, who headed the board of directors of Russneft from June 2021 to August 2022. Previously, he controlled 99.1%.

Another founder of Kinelson Limited is Industrial Financial Company JSC (PFK). Its share decreased from 0.9% to 0.44%. PFK itself, according to the explanations to the accounting report, as of the end of 2023 belonged to Kinelson.

PFK and Pioneer Estate specialize in the management of commercial real estate in Moscow. According to the PFK website, the total area of ​​the 28 objects it manages is 120 thousand square meters. m. The vast majority are retail premises. According to its website, Pioneer Estate has at its disposal industrial and warehouse complexes, administrative buildings, retail premises, two mansions and two non-residential premises in residential buildings.

A source familiar with the company’s plans said that RussNeft “has an interest in finding investments for the long term, one of such investments is real estate.”
