Russia’s Withdrawal from Grain Deal Leads to Series of War Crimes in Ukraine

“After withdrawing from the ‘grain deal’, Russia has committed a series of war crimes by shelling Ukrainian port cities and grain warehouses,” the ministry said.

It has already been reported that on July 17, Russia withdrew from the international “grain deal”, which guaranteed a safe passage in the Black Sea for ships with loads of Ukrainian grain. Since the withdrawal, Russia has repeatedly shelled Ukrainian Black Sea coastal cities and port infrastructure.

Ukraine has exported about 33 million tons of grain and food products since last summer, when an agreement was reached through Turkey on the safe export of grain.
