Kuleba met today with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Diplomats met on the Ukrainian-Polish border to discuss the war with Russia.
“Ukraine will win this war because the Ukrainians have risen to the People’s War for their land, and the truth is on our side. The question is the price of victory. If partners continue to act decisively, increase economic and political pressure on the Russian Federation, provide the weapons we need, the price will be lower for Ukraine. This will save many lives,” Kuleba stressed.
The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry urged to urgently strengthen the defense capabilities of Ukraine, in particular to protect the sky from Russian aircraft and missiles. In this context, Kuleba and Blinken agreed on further steps to strengthen the defense of Ukraine.
“Putin made a terrible, terrible mistake in many ways. He believed that Ukraine did not exist as an independent state. The Ukrainian people are now proving the exact opposite every day. it’s straight. I agree with Minister Kuleba that the issue is the price of victory. The United States is determined to make every effort to make it as small as possible“Blinken said.
