Russia’s UN ambassador Vasiliy Nebenzia accuses the US and Europe of being willing to sacrifice both Ukraine and the world’s developing countries to beat Russia.
The statement came during the meeting of the UN General Assembly on Wednesday evening, where the proposal for a new Ukraine resolution is up for debate.
Nebenzia also said that the United States and the Americans’ European backers are ignoring what he called “neo-Nazism in Ukraine” in order to crush Russia and maintain world domination.
– In their desire to beat Russia in every possible way, it is not only Ukraine that they can sacrifice, they are willing to throw the whole world into the abyss of war, said Nebenzia.
He also blames the West for the crisis that the war has created in poor countries due to increased prices for food and energy.
– They are competing for the number of sanctions they can implement against my country, while in reality the sanctions hit the developing countries the hardest, he said.
