“High-precision, long-range missiles – Kh-101, Iskander-M”, Iskander-K, Caliber, Dagger, which can reach far inland and hit accurately, the enemy did not have enough. When he attacked our critical infrastructure, then used virtually all of its potential of these strategic weapons,” Ignat said.
After that, as the speaker of the Air Force noted, in the spring the enemy made a short pause during which they increased the production of missiles. According to new intelligence data, now Russia already has more “Daggers” and “Caliber”.
“Obviously, Russia has found an opportunity to circumvent sanctions at the expense of individual countries that cooperate with it, and receives technological things that it cannot produce itself: boards, chips, semiconductors. This is something without which the rocket will not fly. Therefore, I hope that Russia will be squeezed sanctions,” Ignat added.
As the speaker of the Air Force noted, Russia will be able to be put in its place when the sanctions begin to work in a comprehensive manner, and their effectiveness will be controlled.
How fast can Russia produce missiles
According to the speaker, even if the enemy has enough parts, the production process is not fast. For example, a cruise missile is actually an unmanned aircraft that takes quite a long time to assemble.
“So far they will collect it, while they will test it, while they are protesting, while they will deliver it all on a carrier … Accordingly, it takes some time,” the Air Force speaker noted.
How many missiles does Russia have?
As of June 3, the following remained in Russian stocks:
- 150 Caliber missiles;
- approximately 90 Kh-101 / Kh-555 units;
- approximately 140 ballistic “Iskander-M”;
- 45 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
- about 80 “Dagger” units;
- approximately 180 Kh-22 missiles.
