Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov ruled out the possibility of a new Russian intervention in Ukraine. According to him, a new invasion is not in the interests of Moscow.

“Russia is not going to attack anyone. We don’t need it, it’s not profitable for us. It doesn’t meet our interests,” Antonov said.
In addition, he commented on the so-called “security guarantees” sent to the US and NATO, as well as the West’s response to Russia’s proposals.
“In America, they are trying to reduce all the problems that exist today to Ukraine … I think that this is absolutely wrong, this is an attempt to obscure the true state of affairs …”, the ambassador said.
