Russia’s Deputy Chairman suggests convening a tribunal to investigate Poland’s actions

Russia should consider convening a tribunal to investigate Poland. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

“Today’s Poland, without a twinge of conscience, uses the principles of selective historical memory. This means that our country has a full-fledged legal opportunity to appeal to international authorities to conduct an investigation against the Polish state. And even convene a tribunal,” Medvedev wrote in an article for Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

He noted that Warsaw was responsible for the inhumane treatment of captured Red Army soldiers during the Polish-Soviet war. Russia, in turn, has already admitted responsibility for the deaths of Polish officers in Katyn. Medvedev also expressed doubts about the admission of representatives of the Polish elite to the “sad place,” pointing to their disgusting behavior.

Dmitry Medvedev stated that Poland should not exist for Russia while the country has the authorities are Russophobes. Another negative point is that there are Polish mercenaries in Ukraine.
