Russia has the Dead Hand system, a device capable of firing 30 nuclear warheads at once and capable of obliterating Western countries. It is a horrific system of retaliatory weapons if Russia is attacked by nuclear weapons first. Photo/Euromaidanpres
The Russian “Dead Hand” system, which is considered one of the most destructive nuclear systems on Earth, has another name Perimeter.
This device has actually been in development since the Cold War era, but is reported to have beenupgrade three years ago.
It is an automatic control system intended for retaliatory nuclear attacks.

That is, if Russian territory is hit by a nuclear attack, the Perimeter system automatically attacks the enemy in retaliation.
In 2011, the then Russian commander, Sergei Karakaev, confirmed the existence of the “Dead Hand” device.
“Yes, the Perimeter system exists today, it is on combat duty,” he told Russian news sites. KP.RU.
“And when the need arises for a counter-attack, when there is no way to get a signal to some part of the launcher, this command can come from these missiles from Perimeter.”
It is thought that the command and control system is capable of measuring communications at military frequencies, radiation levels and other indications of a nuclear strike. –
