Russian troops have destroyed $ 119 billion (107 billion euros) in Ukrainian infrastructure since the invasion began on February 24, Ukraine’s first deputy economy minister, Dennis Kudin, said.

“When the President’s Chancellery announced more than $ 100 billion yesterday or the day before yesterday [zaudējumiem], they talked about infrastructure facilities. Today, that amount has been slightly adjusted to $ 119 billion. Unfortunately, with each passing day, these numbers will grow, “Kudin told Ukrainian television.

He informed that the Ukrainian government is preparing claims to international courts to get Russia to pay for these losses.

Ukraine’s deputy economy minister stressed the need to gather as much evidence as possible about the devastation caused by Russian troops.
