Moscow implements a lockdown or lockdown related COVID-19. This was done after the number of new Corona cases and deaths due to Corona in 1 day reached a new high level.

Russian authorities reported 1,159 deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours which is the highest number throughout the pandemic. Meanwhile, the daily number of infections crossed 40,000 cases for the first time.
In the lower house of the Duma parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, proposed that all MPs be vaccinated and suggested that people who get lost should work remotely.
“Imagine the consequences for the country if parliament stops working. Every day we see how our colleagues end up in hospital beds,” he said.
His proposal was met with angry shouts from the parliamentary chamber with someone shouting ‘What kind of parliament is this?’.
Many Russians say they are reluctant to be vaccinated and have rejected four vaccines that Russia has registered, including the flagship Sputnik V. Some said they were hesitant because of distrust of authorities, while others cited concerns about the vaccine’s safety. Corona.
As of October 22, official data showed 49.1 million Russians had been fully vaccinated against Corona. Meanwhile, Russia’s total population is officially estimated at around 144 million.
