And we expect it, of course, even if at first glance it may seem that we are not preparing for the possible side effects of the war … We are now preparing to provide assistance to refugees (from Ukraine). This is a humanitarian obligation” – said Dink.
At the same time, he noted that one should not expect an open invasion of the Russian Federation.
“An economic war, an economic blockade in the context of a conflict may arise, but, so to speak, we do not expect a “hot” war,” the minister stressed.
