There are no servicemen of the Russian armed forces in the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv. This was stated by the official representative of the department, Major General Igor Konashenkov.
Earlier today, Ukraine accused Russian soldiers of cold-blooded shooting of 10 civilians waiting in line for bread in the city of Chernihiv. Many people were injured in the attack this morning.
In this regard, Gen. Konashenkov said footage of the dead, allegedly shot by Russian soldiers in a queue for bread, had been circulated in the Kiev regime’s propaganda resources today.
“All units of the Russian armed forces are outside Chernigov and are not conducting any offensive operations. The videos circulated by Ukrainian propagandists show no traces of ammunition explosions.
