According to her, Russian troops have also withdrawn from the nearby town of Slavutich, where workers at the plant live.
Energoatom did not provide information on the condition of the soldiers and the number of those affected. But he said the Russians had dug into the forest, which is located in the area of the already closed plant, where in 1986 became the worst nuclear accident in the world.
