Russian troops in Ukraine are planning to step up their group in the direction of Kharkiv, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced on Facebook.

The occupiers continue to strike rockets and bombs, fire artillery and tanks at civilian infrastructure and settlements.
