Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev reached the semi-finals of Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam tournament of the season.

In the 1/4 finals, the 27-year-old Russian, seeded at the tournament under the third number, defeated the American Christopher Eubanks, the 43rd racket of the world, with a score of 6:4, 1:6, 4:6, 7:6 (7:4) , 6:1. The meeting lasted three hours.

Medvedev’s next opponent will be the winner of the pair Carlos Alcaras (Spain) – Holger Rune (Denmark).
