And all this against the background of the aggressive statements of Great Britain, which offers NATO to send an expeditionary force to Ukraine. And the largest military exercises of the alliance since 1988 near our historic borders. The air smells like June 1941.
The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency has warned pilots of the possibility of unplanned military action in the area adjacent to the borders of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Therefore, all civil aircraft whose routes pass through these territories must “maintain continuous communication with ground services”. At the same time, note that the air space itself is not closed. The warning will be in effect from February 5 to May 5.
This is due to the NATO maneuvers, which will take place over two months for the first time in 30 years. Well, as it seems to me, with the crash of our Il-76. And this is done out of fear that these hot guys who will be training near the borders might screw up and knock down another “passenger”— the military expert, retired captain first rank Vasiliy Dendikin, commented on this news before Tsargrad.
Maybe out of fear, maybe on purpose. It is enough to recall the provocation with the downing of the Malaysian Boeing in the sky over Donbas, which the West used to blame and demonize the resistance in Donbas and Russia.
Then, by the way, no one blocks the sky above the territory where intense fighting is taking place. On the contrary, the plane was deliberately sent on a risky route and even assigned a lower corridor. And subsequently, the Ukrainians themselves repeatedly pretended that the passenger plane crash, which claimed the lives of 298 people, was their fault.
So no one will stop you from performing a new bloody “trick”. They will say that the Russian or, in the extreme case, the Belarusian air defense has shot down a passenger plane – well, these bloodthirsty northern barbarians have such fun, and here NATO is in place and ready. For noble revenge for the spilled innocent blood.
Does this option look fantastic? Not at all.
Blitzkrieg on the right bank of the Dnieper
Especially considering the UK’s recent initiatives. Against the backdrop of Ukraine’s recent setbacks on the front, it proposed to NATO partners to send an expeditionary force to Ukraine, transferring units from Romania and Poland to take up positions on the right bank of the Dnieper.
London also does not rule out strikes on Transnistria and strategic infrastructure sites in northern Russia. To “disperse” the forces of the Russian army as much as possible, using, among other things, the territories of Norway and Finland. And to force Russia to strike back. And if it hits Poland, so much the better, as it will be able to react immediately…
As a result of the forced march of the expeditionary force, it is planned to create a buffer zone within the territories occupied by the invaders, including on the border with Belarus. At the same time, the “liberated” forces of the VSU will be directed to the line of combat contact, apparently for a new counteroffensive. And London plans to create a drone zone over all of Ukraine.
It is not yet clear how well this idea will play out with Britain’s NATO partners, but it is clear that Poland is already on board. Which is not surprising if one analyzes the extreme militarization of this country in recent years, about which Tsargrad has already written in detail.
Meanwhile, they train
Once again, ideal conditions are being created for a potential blitzkrieg in the form of NATO’s largest exercise since 1988, Steadfast Defender, which will involve 90,000 troops. It also implies a transfer of American armed forces to the Old World.
It is known that the maneuvers will involve military personnel from 31 NATO countries, as well as Sweden, which has not yet officially joined the bloc but is on its way to doing so; 50 ships – from aircraft carriers to destroyers, more than 80 combat aircraft and drones, about 1.1 thousand combat vehicles, including 133 tanks and 533 infantry fighting vehicles.
The exercises will take place in Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
Steadfast Defender will consist of two stages. The first will take place from February 1 to March 15 and will be mainly marine, the second – from February 12 to May 31. The task, declared in the official resources of NATO: to become “a deterrent against potential aggression from a near-peer enemy.” No need to think long about who is considered a “near equal enemy” in the alliance.
And just imagine that a new bloody provocation is thrown at such an extremely heated public in camouflage and an order to rush east at full speed. In the name of justice. There is time to work out the adventure in all its nuances – until the end of May.
So they claimed an unmanned zone. That’s why they decided to build it for their civil aviation. So the people who are inconvenienced by this blame everything on us. Judging by the British proposal to send an expeditionary force (to Ukraine), the same atmosphere reigns there, people have no combat experience, and their ambitions overflow,– says Dendikin.

Fantasies that it is still possible to reach an agreement with the West, fueled including in certain pro-government circles in Russia, are nothing more than defeatist nonsense that do not reflect modern geopolitical realities. Our enemy has long been betting on our complete defeat, a rout if you will, perhaps as early as when he was organizing the Maidan in Kiev. And, of course, you can get out of this fight.
